NON SMOKING POLICY
The Ata 18 Lodge & Guesthouse is a both smoking and non-smoking apartment and guesthouse.For complete details, please click here.
ROOM CAPACITY POLICY
All room rates are based on apartment and guesthouse size . An additional charge of RM15 per person 18+ years of age occupying the apartment and guesthouse will be applied at time of check-in. Maximum sleeping capacity in the apartment and guesthouse varies from 4 to 10 persons, depending on the apartment and guesthouse type booked. Persons 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by the registered adult at check-in to occupy an apartment and guesthouse.

BOOKING POLICY
An amount of 30% of refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The registered guest responsible for the room must be at least 18 years of age and must provide a valid identification card in their name at time of check-in.

In the unlikely event that the room is willfully or negligently damaged, a minimum amount of RM 20 will be charged in full and applied to all repair and replacements costs.
PET POLICY
A pet is strictly not permitted in a room at any time.
The Ata 18 Lodge & Guesthouse must be made aware of the accompanying pet at time of booking for pet sitting services. Should the reservation be made through
an on line booking channel, the The Ata 18 Lodge & Guesthouse reservations team must be advised of the pet in writing, prior to the date of arrival. Failure to notify the hotel in writing prior to your arrival may result in the refusal of the pet sitting at time of check in.Pet sitting does not apply to dogs.

A number of off-site parking lots are available within walking distance. CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled
• 24 hours or more prior to arrival , 4%-6% of the total number of room nights booked will be charged.
• Within 24 hours of arrival by 12pm, 8%-12% of the total number of room nights booked will be charged.
• Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival and have not cancelled their reservation in advance, will be charged the full amount of their reservation booked.
Cancellation policies may vary. Final cancellation terms will be verified at the time of booking.

Due to the availability and/or nature of a special request, we are unable to confirm the request at the time of booking or prior to the arrival date.
We will do our best to accommodate all special requests at check in on the day of arrival, but requests are not guaranteed.
